I was born and raised in Cumberland County and have been a therapist since 2002. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary, and my work has taken me to Nunavut, Alberta, and Nova Scotia.

After a fulfilling 13 years at Cumberland Mental Health Services and running my own practice in Amherst, I moved to Halifax for nine years and worked in a busy therapy practice. Now, I’m excited to return home and open a new practice in Amherst in January 2025, where I hope to contribute to the well-being of my community once again.
